Tiny Cities

New Jersey singer-songwriters Melissa Anthony and Dennis King teamed up and formed Tiny Cities in the winter of 2025. Both accomplished songwriters in their own right, the duo find beauty in the quiet corners of everyday life. What began as a phone memo recording,quickly blossomed into their debut EP, The Wind Can Be So Cruel, an evocative sound with introspective songwriting, landing songs on WFUV radio and awarded  “Best New Artist” of 2025 by Making Waves-Jersey Stage. 

Having spent the last year playing up and down the state from Asbury Park to local coffee shops, Tiny Cities signed with Hidden Tracks Records who recently released  ‘Beginning of the End’ on 12 inch vinyl and CD.

Tiny Cities release EP ‘Beginning of the End’ on January 16th 2026 via Hidden Tracks Records. The EP is a thought provoking indie record from two of New Jersey’s most prolific singing song-writers. First Single, Body Cast drops November 28th(Black Friday) on all streaming platforms.

On their most recent set of recordings,Tiny Cities crossed the Hudson River to partner up with producer/multi-instrumentalist, Eric E. Sanderson at Harbor Studios Red Hook Brooklyn. Sanderson(Augustines)played a vital role during the recording process, lending his talents on bass and keys. Additionally, percussionist Jeremy Gustin added his signature sounds to add to the crisp production, complimenting the songs with an openness and emotional depth.

Having spent the last year playing up and down the state from Asbury Park to local coffee shops, TC signed with Hidden Tracks Records who will be releasing Beginning of the End on 12 inch vinyl.
